An email report with professional interpretive comments and recommendations will be provided based upon the information submitted. However, if the consultation involves complex issues or requires follow up questions, an additional payment may be applicable. We will notify you in advance.
Consultation Specialties
Bloodwork and Medical Records Interpretation The Hemopet Consulting Team will thoroughly review any laboratory results and clinical history provided and will recommend further testing if deemed necessary. In concert with your veterinarian, the team can help diagnose and advise on the management of your pet’s condition. In regards to a review of thyroid test results, The Hemopet Consulting Team will need complete results that include Total T4, Free T4, Total T3 and Free T3, and TgAA for canines, preferably run by a reference laboratory such as Hemopet’s Laboratory, Michigan State University’s Diagnostic Center for Population and Animal Health, or a commercial veterinary diagnostic laboratory. (The Hemopet Consulting Team’s interpretation is provided free of charge if Hemopet’s laboratory, Hemolife Diagnostics, runs any of the blood tests.) Examples are: Blood Disorders/Diseases
