Damage, loss or theft of sample

We cannot be held responsible for the damage, loss or theft of samples that have not been received by us.

If your pet has any health conditions or concerns you are responsible for checking with your local vet. 

Our website and other information that we may send you provides general information on health and nutrition this does not in any way constitute medical advice and is not tailored to your specific require.

Delivery policy

You will be provided with a link to download your registration form on the Thank You Page and Order Confirmation. This will then need to be filled out and returned to our testing facility.  Upon receiving your registration form, and arrival of your pet's saliva sample, the testing can commence. Your results are emailed to your chosen email address within 7 to 10 business days (depending on your order) of us receiving your samples. We do not perform tests during the weekend.

Re-test policy

You are entitled to a free re-test kit when your initial test kit is damaged or lost in transit.
