To claim your ‘100% Money-back Guarantee’ refund, please contact us supplying our members of staff with the following details:

  • Name used to purchase
  • Order Number
  • Email address used to purchase
  • Transaction ID or website order number
  • Reason for requesting a refund 

We want you to be happy with your decision to purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that you notify us of your decision to cancel your order for the test(s) within 7 days of placing your order and before mailing in your saliva samples.

Once the samples has been mailed and received in our office for processing, you will not be entitled to a full refund. 

Any delivery costs incurred by you in sending in your test will be not be refunded.

Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
